Firstly I had been to my local dealership and got treated appallingly by the sales department, they did not seem to care about me being loyal for the past 16yrs. ROBIN AND DAY at Chingford on the other hand were totally different nothing was a problem, they could not have been more helpful. Marius who dealt with us is a real credit and ambassador for the company, Tony was very helpful in dealing with my questions over the telephone. The whole experience from start to finish me driving away with car purchased I could not fault. I would recommend to anyone to give them a try if you feel your local dealership seems not to care less, you have nothing to loose just a bit of your time you will not be disappointed. I drove over a hundred miles and I am glad I did and in the future they will be my first point of call, I would rather pass my hard earnt money to a dealership that treats you well and with respect isn't that all we really want. I bought an approved used Citroen Cactus C4 recently from the Glasgow West End branch and was looked after by Irene. It was a pleasure to deal with her from beginning to end. She gave me a great deal on my old car as part exchange and was very professional in all communications regarding my new car. At one point she even pointed out a broken door seal on the car which I hadn't have noticed myself and had it replaced free of charge before I picked it up. I would highly recommend them and will probably use them again in future. Very happy with my new car.6 years agoGreat experience!
Great experience! I was treated with respect and was not felt pressured, it was a great experience buying a car that I love. I liked the fact when I collected the car, I was shown how everything works inside the car and they even set up my Bluetooth on my phone to the car! I give these 10/10. All of the sales team are very good at what they do. They made me and the Mrs feel very welcome, and catered for our every need especially with a baby. A perfesional and friendly atmosphere made us feel very relaxed. They answered all our questions that we had. I highly recommend asking for Steve or Jack (Brooks). Steve was very helpful when I bought a new van. My wife was going on holiday and we needed to sort out all of the paperwork before she left - the original van was delayed and when an alternative became available we were advised promptly.
