Sean Made my wife and I feel comfortable and relaxed right from the start, there was no high pressure selling, first we drove the car and then he left us to look around it and discuss it alone, after a further chat with him and all the information about the vehicle we requested, we then walked around outside to muse and think, at no time did Sean or any other the staff treat us with anything but complete respect and dignity.
The car itself was prepared beautifully and fully explained before I left when picking it up. so far everything has been perfect.

Great Service From Robins & Day Sale
In the end my experience with Adam and Tim at Robins and Day, Sale, Cheshire was a very good one. The service and attention I received was impressive particularly from Adam, the senior sales person for the Citroen dealer. Unfortunately the communications between Citroen Manufacturing and the dealer was less than impressive so that during the waiting period after placing the order due to a lack of information, it was not clear when and if the order was being processed or not, leading to feelings of doubt and uncertainty. Fortunately with a little assistance from Citroen UK Customer Service Adam was able to locate an identical car which was then delivered within 15 days. The handover was done with skill and professionalism and I am now enjoying my new C4 Spacetourer Flair which seems to be living up to all my expectations.
