My experience at Robins and Day has exceeded all expectations. From the friendly staff who take the time to really understand what you are after and provide excellent advise to help you reach the right decision for you, to the brilliant way you are kept up to date with your purchase. No question is ever too silly (which is great when you know very little about cars!) I just wanted to say how wonderful it has been to have Mike Forrester dealing with my new Citroen. I have never had a personal lease car before but he made it so easy. He always called when he said he would and kept me updated the whole way through from initial enquiry to delivery yesterday. He has answered all my questions on the phone and by email and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have been recommending the personal lease to family and friends because I honestly cant believe how easy and stress free the whole process has been.
