Caroline Lydiate (Jefferies) was great. She was professional, helpful, honest and didn't push the sale. On my second visit for the test drive of two vehicles, I stated I wanted to not make a decision that day but to reflect on my decision overnight. Once I'd seen the vehicle, I'd more or less made my mind up; however Caroline did not push for the sale there and then (which would have put me off, if she had) as she respected my opening statement. I rang her the following morning to purchase the car. A very good experience. Thank you.

We are a Peugeot family

We are a Peugeot family, brand loyal for years. Currently have two cars and have been looking at the options of buying a 5008 SUV. Our experience with the Hatfield garage sales team has been very positive. Giuseppe and Andrew have been extremely helpful in finding us the model that was right for our needs and within our price range. Supportive through the process of financing without being pushy, ultimately securing us a vehicle within a short wait time-window which was a delighter. Even if this garage is not near you, we strongly recommend you give them a visit before you try other Peugeot dealers in the area.
