Looked for a replacement vehicle.

Looked for a replacement vehicle seen one I liked on the website and went to have a look and test drive, purchased the vehicle waiting for the vehicle to be checked completely before they let it go, arranged for the collection to be on the 30th or 31st, problem with front shock absorbers waiting for them to be delivered then fitted, then probably going now to be on the 31st.

Great service

I've been dealing with Daniel McNulty at Robins & Day Liverpool on my PCH for a new 3008. Was previously let down by another main dealer in Yorkshire so switched my custom. Really simple buying process

Really simple buying process. I ordered the car on line and the local garage kept me updated on progress. Picked up on agreed date and was with them as long as they told me I would be. They’d already set up the nav updates etc which was useful and saved time. Everyone was really helpful and have been in touch since purchasing to check all is ok.

Purchased a Citroen C4 Cactus today from the Chingford showroom. Delighted with the sales Advisors Ozzy who greeted us and introduced us to his colleague Dimitris who was able to advise us and was extremely helpful resulting in our making a purchase. Dirty car on arrival

Throughout the purchase process the staff were friendly and not pushy with their insurance policies. However, upon arrival the car was unclean and the engine filthy. I have purchased second hand cars previously and I was very disappointed when upon my expected arrival the car hadn't been cleaned. The overall process did not take too long but as I got caught up in handing over a lot of money, I did not realise that I hadn't been shown the computer screen, when i signed some forms electronically. Meaning I could have signed anything. However, the forms were just showing my financial options, I accept the fault on my part but It would be helpful, In a heavily financial moment such as this, if the dealer showed me everything as they are a lot more use to the process than I am.

Anglesey to Sale.....

One Wednesday, I saw a car which would suit my wife and me advertised on Autotrader by Robins and Day. I had a chat with a very Welsh named John Edwards who turned out to be the Sales Manager. I emphasised that I was not a time waster, and after a short discussion, we agreed on a mutually acceptable part-exchange price for my vehicle. Associate Ashley Townsend then rang me and arrangements were made for us to complete the deal two days later. Bear in mind that we had not even seen the car we were buying. We went, we bought and we returned home to Anglesey well pleased - nay, delighted. High praise just doesn't cut it.
