Good Service
Overall great service, staff are friendly and helpful. only downfall they do not have the best telephone manners and the can take a while to get back to you.
In terms of price, they do find something that fits your budget but sales staff should get more knowledge about product specifications.
I would recommend to anyone. Only thing is the response time which will need to improve.

My new car
I have been a Peugeot Cribbs Causeway customer for years. They are a happy friendly and very helpful team. Caroline Lydiate has worked tirelessly to find me the right car and been extremely patient with me when I have been fussy and rejected several cars, Through her perseverance she has found me the right car which I will pick up tomorrow. The girls working on the service desk are also always a pleasure to deal with.

Bought a used car from Robin's & Day North Birmingham. I phoned from Scotland to check the car I was interested in was still available, Salesperson Claire White was very helpful and after a discussion on the phone , Claire went and checked out the answers to my questions and quickly called me back. Claire had all the paperwork ready for me coming so that after a test drive , if I still wanted the car it would be ready for me to drive away. Pleased to say I bought the car and it was a very smooth transaction. Highly recommend Robins &Day a pleasure to do business with.
