I can honestly say that the whole buying experience was a pleasure without pressure and conducted efficiently and on the time scale promised. I look forward to driving the car and dealing with Robins and Day in the future.
This I must say is in complete contrast to my experience when I bought a car from Glyn Hopkin. The car was used and on the forecourt and I was told it would be available in a few days once it had been through the workshop for checks. On that understanding I paid for the car where upon they messed me around for a month with various excuses Only the threat of cancelling the order brought a result.

It was very relaxing dealing with Sunny at Leicester showroom with no pressure selling involved at all.
The car was excellent and at a very good price. I had a couple issues but were resolved without any problems. Recommend and I purchased the car in 3 hours, fantastic.

Jack went out of his way to get me a good deal however when I went in to sign and pick up I was ther for nearly 4 hours on the coldest day of the year. 2 days after I had an email about my settlement letter and could i send it them...i disnt have this..disnt k ow I needed this so then had to go out my way to get it which took 2 days.....i feel this should of definatly been delt with before I left the showroom...im assure my old finance will be delt with but even now I don't know of it has been...I'm awaiting confirmation.
