    All very good except the sales adviser …

    All very good except the sales adviser left the company and no-one told us until we guessed a week or so later. There needs to be a system to make sure all leads are passed on. The adviser who took over quickly found a car to our desired spec and everything was smoothly dealt with.

    Great service, really helpful staff and fabulous prices. I was given plenty of time to examine the vehicle and ask questions so that I made the right choice to suit my needs. The cup of tea was a friendly touch. Definitely recommend.

    Fabulous sales experience

    A great sales service. I was particularly impressed with Kully who was very responsive to my Autotrader request for information on a 108 and lined up the perfect vehicle for us at a reasonable price. Thank you. Great care also demonstrated in terms of arrangement of insurance and delivery / collection of the vehicle.

    The staff at the Cribbs Causway branch were friendly and very knowledgable. An enjoyable buying experience in which I felt comfortable and well looked-after. A good selection of used-cars but all were in good condition and well presented.

    Peugeot Anti-Perforation Warranty is troublesome

    I bought my car in August of 2016, i took the car to Peugeot Robin & Day Birmingham North to make a claim on Peugeot Anti-Perforation warranty. After 5 months of going back and forward from Dealership to Warranty and Repairing garage they decided to repair the rust on the tailgate rather than replace the tailgate as advised by RS Motors. Just after Christmas i noticed the rust had come back and went back to Robin & Day and was told it would be quicker if i went through Peugeot Customer Care, I got a reply from RS Motors saying the Peugeot warranty wanted the cheaper option, RS Motors advised the tailgate needed to be replaced and they would do the repair but not warrant it if it came back. It's in the hands of Customer Care who is liasing with the Warranty company. After going through the Motor Ombudsmans, I tagged Robins and Day who replied and Sergio from Robins and Day Birmingham North rang me to say that he would replace the tailgate, It was down to miscommunication from Peugeot Customer Care. UPDATE - 21-9-2018 Sergio rang me to apologise and looked in to this and rang me the following day to say that he will replace the tailgate, he was really great and I am really pleased with the outcome.

    Outstanding service

    Came in today and received incredible service. We were helped by Matt who went through every small question we had to ask and didn’t hesitate to show us every option available to us. We were able to get a car to drive away within 2 days! The staff (who also included Nick and a guy who’s nickname was Ratatouille) were amazing, I couldn’t have asked for better service!
