my sales representative at Chelmsford was samantha Bootle who knew the product extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble for her to accommodate our needs. It was like dealing with a small family concern where customer satisfaction was king. All the Staff were very friendly (hignly recommend the hot chocolate!)
