Friendly, helpful and trustworthy service...
Both the sales rep and his manager were friendly, helpful, answered my questions readily and browsed extra information for me. The test drive was conducted well and I could have had longer if I had wanted. From the initial email to the final sale and post-sales details it was an efficient, transparent and smooth process. I would certainly recommend them.

The salesperson who dealt with my purchase at the Romford site was Sam Malpass. I found the car through their web site which I found easy to use (from a 60+ year old !) and my initial contact was via the on line chat line and then by telephone. Sam was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and I think it was because of this that I completed the purchase of the car with a visit to the Romford site (some 110 miles away) where I met Sam who made the experience a very pleasant one.
