I was looking for a car for my elderly …
I was looking for a car for my elderly parents who are not on the internet and do not understand you can make such a purchase on line! Robins & Day web page is very simple and clear so I was able to show them the pictures of the cars inside and out plus all the specifications. Prices very competitive and were happy to take my Dads car in part exchange without us having to take it to another garage to have it looked at. They even are going to deliver the car straight to my Mum & Dads door - as we had to buy from Bristol and we live in Bury. We dealt with Nigel who was extremely helpful and patient with my Dad when he had to speak to him plus he comes from Bury so he must be a good person!!!
Excellent and painstaking service!
This is "my" local car dealership - have bought and sold all my much-loved cars here since 1978....also servicing. On this occasion I was especially impressed by the care and time taken over my needs, with not a hint of "used car salesman" manner from the excellent Shola and David.
(Also not a hint of any patronising or macho treatment sometimes experienced by women ......!)

I have given 5 stars although my new car is still to be delivered and is based on the sales service received.
With regard to the process of looking at car options and the service I received from Andy, I am very happy. When we first visited Robins and Day Andy was most helpful without being overbearing and pushy. We considered a number of options and he was always willing to look at availability and price ,offering advice and support. In fact the best testimony I can give is that he never got frustrated when I kept changing my mind and discussing the best deal for me.
I have now purchased from him and look forward to getting my new car.
