I have been associated with the company since 2011. I find that I am provided with excellent service from the point of ordering a new vehicle to servicing. All staff are professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
Best hot chocolate going
So glad I got me new (used) car from these guys, an absolutely huuuuge selection of cars and a great relaxed service. No pushy sales guys to be seen. Make sure you make use of the free drinks machine, best hot chocolate around!

The best car dealership I have ever bought from. I have bought many cars and I know the sales procedure like the back of my hand. This is not the first time I have bought a car from R&D and I have always found the service to be completely stress free. Certainly Better than Arnold Clark where they sell you a car without checking it over and 2 weeks later, the car catches fire due to an electrical fault. I have had a few problems with my car purchased from R&D such as a rattle from the window however this was put right within 30 minutes of being at the dealership.
At R&D I have always been made to feel as a valued customer and I didn't even go to the dealership to purchase a car. I went to the dealership for a service that was due on my car and the sales team didn't even put any pressure on me to buy a car. In fact this was the other way round as I really tell in love with a car which I had seen at their dealership. The only thing I didn't like about the dealership is that it only sells Peugeots, Citroens and DS. These brands are good but R&D would benefit from also selling other brands like BMW, AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN. If they did start selling these brands, they can be assured they will certainly have 1 guaranteed customer every year. I cannot fault the service these guys provide. Thank you for reading this review. P.S I don't write reviews but I did get an email from these guys and as my experience has been faultless on all occasions I have contacted them, here's a great review.
