Test drive and viewing appointment.

I am eagerly awaiting a collection time to go and collect my new vehicle but I can say that the initial viewing and test drive appointment was extremely well executed and I was very happy with the service I received. I would recommend Robins & Day to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle on my experiences so far.

Very grateful to technician who went the extra mile.

I discovered to my great distress, a month after purchasing my second C4 Grand Picasso, that the middle row of seats were fixed in place and could not be slid back and forward like in my old one. My kids are all very tall teenagers (two over six feet tall) and I am 6'5". We could not all fit in the car for our family holiday. I asked Robins and Day, the Citroen Customer Support and my local independent Citroen garage if they could slide the fixings along the rails so that the middle row had more leg room. Everyone said "No! The seats are fixed." I don't take no for an answer, so I took the car into Robins and Day, Coventry, and was told "No!" again, but I asked for an explanation. A very helpful technician took five minutes to look at the fixings, and after an hour in the workshop, he had moved the seats back to give maximum legroom (an extra 3 inches, which makes a massive difference). I am very, very grateful to the technician from Robins and Day for agreeing to have a look and for fixing the seats in the ideal spot for a very tall family. Thank you. 5 stars!
