Getting a new car is not a simple …

Getting a new car is not a simple choice. Four months of checking all the car magazines and video put up on site to see the comments. 90% good the rest I could live with. Test drive later two salesman had to prize me from the steering wheel, I rushed in and signed on the dotted line. The salesman was not pushy and the spec is what you pay extra for in a Audi. In line for a SUV please have a test drive. Do I get the mats now?

A great place to buy a car, staff are friendly and very helpful. I have been buying cars from Citroen for years and Richard who works on sales is very professional and good at his job. Excellent service and no pressure to buy, this dealership is what a good buying experience is about, the customer is always looked after and made to feel welcome and are always put first. I would definitely recommend this company and you will not be disappointed.

Enjoyable Experience

Previous experiences of changing my car have always been far from straight forward. This was a completely different experience from start to finish. The car salesman Gavin Berry was very easy to work with and was friendly and very professional both with regard to assisting me in looking at and test driving the car I was interested in. He couldn't have been more thorough and helpful. The price offered on the car I wanted to part exchange was also very fair in my opinion so there was no haggling whatsoever. It all made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The car I have just purchased is an absolute delight to drive and for a second hand car (2015) is in mint condition. One very content and happy customer here and I would not hesitate to recommend Gavin and Robins & Day.
