Got to say I was a little surprised by the nature of the salesman Arafat. A really thorough and pleasant guy who covered all options without ever being pushy or aggressive in his sales patter. Rest assured if he had in any way we would have walked. Even when I changed my mind on the model of the car I was having it was no trouble and he immediately went to sort it out. He always communicated very well and promptly, if it was face to face, by telephone or email. I am really pleased with my experience and my purchase. Regards Mick

DS 3 a must have for me.

I've owned a DS3 for two years and although my initial experiences where not good I have say that things have vastly improved. An excellent service department and helpful knowledgeable staff. Another DS 3 is a must for me, just simply amazing cars. Take delivery of my new Prestige DS in a week ????.

Despite poor showrooms Daniel the sales person was excellent. Attention to detail was good. Pleasant personality. Pleased with the configuration of the car especially at top of range. One disappointment .... no electrics on the passenger seat. If one has a bad back the ratchet action is not helpful.

We initially looked at used cars and were helped by Matt who could not have been more helpful. When we could not get the car we wanted used we noticed a new offer that was being offered online, we called in on a bank holiday Monday and dealt with Adam. We had not realised that the dealership was on Sunday trading hours and turned up 30 mins before opening, we were let in early, had a cuppa and looked after. We spent some time working through what options we had, made some decisions, test drove and bought all in the one day.

How you hope a new car purchase will go.....

Great service from initial visit to my car being delivered at Robins and Day Chingford (London E4). Tony (Tolga) was a breath of fresh air and all car salespeople should take note from him. He listened to what I was asking for and replied accordingly, keeping me updated at all parts throughout the process. He was able to give me a great deal as well as being upfront and honest. On a couple of points where he didn't know for certain, he checked and found out the correct answer before coming back - why can't all sales people do this...? It had the effect that I was fully confident in buying my car from him. My previous experience with other dealerships was that they attempted to up-sell or were arrogant/ pushy, which is a very short-term view, as I didn't go back! Tony at Robins & Day Chingford is a salesman you always hope to deal with... thanks very much Tony.
