Robins & Day - Walton-on-Thames.. Good peaceful environment to browse and buy a car. Lots of choice even though I knew which car I wanted. Whilst going through the transaction I was given all the facts about add ons etc and at no time did I feel pressured into buying them. Well informed sales team - friendly service too. On arrival we were met on the car lot by Gary the sales manager who politely asked if we needed any help. After looking around for a while we went to Gary to tell him what we were looking for. Very professional, kindly customer service and very accommodating. Gives you plenty options to take home no pressure of non sens phone calls like other companies or dealer if you like we visited. Answer all questions anytime. The only criticism is getting them on the phone was a bit hard as always busy, but once you email them you get a reply immediately. On arriving at Robins & Day, received a first class service from Charles Parry. Was greeted almost immediately and was asked do I want to take the car for a test drive. Whilst on test drive Charles explained the history of the car and informative on all aspects of the sale. Charles was very professional and came across as an honest person, just what you need when purchasing a car. Fantastic service so far, pick my new car up later this week.
