I found my car during an internet search, sent a message via the third party website and received a response from Chris within an hour. I then telephoned him and we agreed a price and collection day. I live over two and a half hours away from the dealership and so traveled by train to collect the car on the agreed date (Chris collected me from the station) and everything went extremely smoothly. Overall I received an excellent deal and service throughout the process.
