This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I have only had my new car 2 days but and very happy with the great customer service I received. David was attentive without being too pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new or used car.

Order of a new car

Good experience in terms of communication with sales person. Efficient arrangement of test drive and nice to deal with a car sales person who was accommodating, actually gave impression they were interested and wanted to sell you a vehicle and also knowledgeable of the model options etc. I have been in plenty of car sales showrooms in the past where this was not the case.

Darren Leader and his Chelmsford Sales team - 5 Star service! My new 3008 Peugeot GT is great, coupled with an outstanding dealer service from Robins & Day Peugeot Chelmsford, have all contributed to the best few weeks of my Peugeot ownership, that anyone could wish for. I don't live locally either, but I would recommend travelling a distance if you want to buy a Peugeot. The process of initial Sales enquiry, through to sourcing a car and then the handover and follow up have all been fantastic! Taking time to understand your detailed requirements, looking across the whole of the UK for any suitable cars and being patient whilst you decide the next steps. Interesting to note that some four weeks on, I'm still waiting to hear back from other local Peugeot dealers about buying a new 3008! Sorry for them, but good for Robins & Day! Darren, Sam and Pippa - nothing is too much trouble. Great communication, great handover and attention to detail. Even suggesting popping in for a chat when I’m in the area. Makes you feel like a real and valued customer. These are people that make time to chat to you ‘after’ you've taken delivery, share details and tips about your new car and seem to be passionate about retention of customers. Repeat customers are the lifeblood for car dealerships - Robins & Day, Chelmsford and Darren’s team, certainly seem to understand this.
