    I popped into branch at Gateshead …

    I popped into branch at Gateshead Lobley Hill Road with my daughter to browse the cars on offer , we were approached by salesman Charles what a lovely lovely man , who was not pushy and made us feel at ease and very welcome ,he assisted me in his knowledge of the Peugeots on offer and made recommendations on suitability for me as so many to choose from. Charles went to the trouble of also checking new stock which had just came in and he found my ideal car so impressed with his help and advice he gave I purchased the car I would highly recommend Robins and Day Gateshead fabulous customer service ????

    I recently purchased a 3008 from the Romford branch on the motability scheme the service I got from Sadiq was wonderful all my questions were answered no matter how silly they were the day of delivery everything went smoothly and I drove away well satisfied I would recommend this Company to anybody

    Positive experience with Robins and Day.

    My experience with Robins and Day has been positive. The vehicle I purchased was good value and the salesman I dealt with was personal, friendly and competent. Robins and Day also go the extra mile by having their vehicles serviced, cleaned and fully protected by a one year warranty before the customer takes possession of their newly purchased car.

    Rakesh was easy to deal with and great in his knowledge. However, prior to meeting and dealing with Rakesh, I did have to call and put a complaint in to the manager of the branch. I had been promised for over 2 weeks to get a call back for me to come in. I had no response. I was called many times and was always promised a response to book a time in - with no luck. Eventually I just walked in and luckily didn't have any of those "salesmen" (who's names I have) to deal with. Luckily met Rakesh who was super. If it wasn't for the "What car of the year award" on the 3008, I wouldn't have even come again after having such bad service to start with!!
