The salesperson, Sharon Yeomans, was very down-to-earth and did not try to pressure us into buying anything we weren't comfortable with. Her attitude to and empathy with the customer were excellent. The premises were well laid out and the cars were all easily accessible, and much to my surprise I was able to find the ideal car for me and purchased it on the spot!
