Used cars Sales dept
I was very impressed by the customer service when buying a used car...even tho it was a car from the lowest price range I felt I was treated with equality. I appreciciated the negotiation of price and choose Robins and Day in Derby above others car company's because of this...thank you John Meakin for that. My sales rep Michael took time to find the car I wanted and I was so pleased with what I bought..his approach was friendly and relaxed...just what I wanted. I would recommend Robins and Day to any of my friends ...thanks for a good experience in buying my little Pug!
Straightforward, a great deal, and no hard selling
Stephen at Robins&Day Sheffield (Hillsborough) made the process of purchasing a new car and part-exchanging my previous vehicle very simple and clear. They matched a very good offer that I received from another dealership, and buying from a local vendor is always a bonus. Staff were polite and friendly, and they didn't try to hard-sell the usual gap insurance or paint protection.

Buying a New Vehicle
Would like to thank Dean and Lewis for their help whilst i was choosing a new car to buy. Dean was really helpful and showed great knowledge of the vehicle i was choosing to buy. On the test drive they had the vehicle but not in the engine size i required. What they decided to do was allow me to test drive a different car but with the engine i wanted. I had looked at several different brands of vehicle and can honestly say that guys at Peugeot were the best when it comes to customer care.
