I went into Robins and Day on the Monday the 30th January to see
if I could buy a new car, my 5th new car from Robins & Day and
get a good exchange deal for my old car.
I was dealt by Aaron the salesman for Robins & day in a very efficient
and professional way. He explained all the issues with the deal very
clearly.
I agreed to the terms and got a very generous deal.
This was my 5th deal since I came to Robins & Day in 2004.

My purchase was very easy compared to previous experiences, with no hard sell or any sales trickery (that I was aware of, at least). The icing on the cake was being offered a fair discount without even asking! I would happily recommend Robins & Day.

i visited both the romford and basildon sites and found the romford one so much better, sales people are very down to earth, the basildon branch were not very knowledgable on their car colours which is not very good, and i knew more about the car than they did.
