Pleasant sales experience
Having been to a number of car dealerships, Robins & Day Godalming, and in particular Chris Jones, showed that finding the right car and purchasing it can be a good customer experience. On first look we could not find what we wanted and we were disappointed that a car that was showing as available on the website had previously been sold. Chris stepped in and tried to help us find something that met our needs. We actually purchased a car that was more expensive than our original budget but it ticked all our boxes and more. We were able to negotiate a good price through Chris and left thrilled with our new purchase. It just goes to show that excellent customer service can not only achieve very satisfied customers but also a sale above budget for the business.
