Friendly relaxed and have had excellent service

Having been a City Citroën customer I moved to Robins & Day and have always had good friendly relations and service level. Of course they want to sell cars but they do so in a good atmosphere. I would recommend them. After service has also been very good.

Buying a new car

Buy a new car was an easy and fun experience. Polite, helpful, informative sales staff who gave me all the information I needed as well as a long test drive of a similar vehicle to the one I was buying. I have used this company before and I have some dificuties but they quickly put right the problem and I went away happy and contented. I also use Robins and Day to service my car. Overall, if you buy a car and have to keep it on the road then look no further as Robins and Day have dealerships all over the UK.

Excellent customer service

I had been to many car dealers recently, in a few dealers the customer service was awful. Due to this it made me not want to buy a car from them. I then went to Peugeot in cribbs and met an excellent sales rep called Caroline. She was very warm welcoming and listens to what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and friendly. To be honest she is the reason I decided to buy a car from Peugeot. I have worked in customer service/sales for years, she is an asset to Peugeot.

CUSTOMER COMLETE SATISFACTION

I recently visited Robins and Day at Sale to buy a car for my wife ,the experience from entering the showroom was totally refreshing the courtesy that was extended to in all areas was first class the sales person John Hardiman was superb and nothing was too much trouble, we bought a new Peugeot 208 for my wife,. The following day due to Mr Harriman's attention we returned the following day and bought a 3008 for myself.

Wonderful Service

Thank you to Steven for all the help and advice he offered . I wasn't sure what to look for but he was very patient and advised me when I was floundering . I was very nervous about buying a car but I felt all the pressure was taken off me . I cannot wait to get it next week . Thank you .

Fantastic experience

it was a long drive from newcastle to preston but well worth it as the result was a good car the sales were quick and helpful not that i could remember everthing he said about controls and made the trade in very simple thanks
