Excellent service all round.
Everything went well. My problem was resolved immediately. Love my car but wish I could have afforded the C4 Picasso, it looks fantastic.

In the same day I went to two Citroen dealerships, one in Banbury and the other in Redditch. I was very disappointed with the Banbury dealership it was obvious that all the dealer had in mind was money he wasn't interested in what I wanted he only wanted a sale. Even when we told him we had to visit the Redditch dealership before it closed he then decided to waste our time asking more and more pointless questions so he could get a sale. It's safe to say I didn't buy a car from there, instead we drove just under an hour away to Redditch and I'm so pleased I did. Straight away I was treated like a personal and not just a cheque, the dealer gave me all the information I needed about the car and also owned the car I was going to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and humorous putting me at ease as this is the first time I've bought my own car. Overall great experience at Citroen Redditch and I also got a great deal.

I have used the Peugeot passport scheme 4 times now and each time have found the company extremely helpful in accommodating my needs for my new car. The sales team explained everything in full detail and were very pleasant, which is obviously evidenced by the fact that I have now been with Peugeot for 9 years !
