Good. Everything was done swiftly. Staff communication was very good and the service itself
was efficient and timely. My big frustration was a necessary part- a coil for the electronic ignition, took 12 days to arrive and during this time I was without transport. Can the availability of parts not be improved? I did not have this problem when you were at Staples Corner.

Somewhat Congested
I have been here a few times now and have always had a great service. Probably not the fault of the dealership but on the latest occasion the car drop off and pick was difficult due to congestion on site. Particularly the pick up where I waited 20 mins while looking for people to move cars so I could get out.
