From the point of first enquiry to picking up the car today, the service provided by Robins & Day, and specifically by Chloe and Dipesh, was first class. We had the opportunity to take two test drives. The car arrived on time, as described. Explanation of functions was patient (highly necessary in my case) and clear. There was no pressure to take up "extras", which were, again, clearly explained. I am more than satisfied.

After a very long process with a lot of ongoing issues I am extremely pleased to say my car has been repaired. The person dealing with a very complex and detailed problem, Elaine Langford, was very polite, helpful, understanding and extremely professional throughout a very long journey. I would recommend anyone who needs to go to Robins and Day should ask for Elaine as I am certain they would not be disappointed.

Picked up my new GT peugeot 2008 after a long wait and finding out the wrong colour was delivered. The order paperwork was all correct it was at the factory the colour was changed this was disappointing at first but the liverpool dealship Paul did everything he could to resolve the issue and I accepted the colour which was grey that should have been orange. Paul was amazing all the way and I am very impressed with the car and the service they provided.
