Great service
Very good (and patient) experience at Robin's and Day Birmingham North, today. We took up about 3-4 hours of Gazinder's time, who wasn't too pushy despite our indecisiveness!
All staff were polite, coffee on tap and we got to test drive more than 1 car then and there, on a 'walk in'!
The missing Star is only because I haven't picked the car up yet, so haven't seen the end to end experience.
Overall, very good experience, good price and Gazinder was great.

Overall experience was really good. Once the new car was finally available (6 months on order!) the staff at Robins and Day were really helpful and always available to deal with my queries. Handover was really straightforward and made it an enjoyable day.

Knowledgeable Salesman
Not normally one to review anything but had to this time as Kieren was top draw in Peugeot. I was so confused about electric cars how to charge it, how long does it take to charge and how these charge machines work as there are lots of options and leads. Kieren got me a coffee sat me down and explained absolutely everything from start to finish. I was taken back with his knowledge about it was really impressive. I haven’t ordered yet but will definitely be ordering from Kieren soon.
