Excellent and amazing service. I should mention a couple of names from Romford dealers especially Jin and Shaun. Jin has been assisting each and every steps since I ordered my new Hybrid 3008. Whenever I called he never neglected and always called back to me and updated. The only concerns that I have been waited so long to get the vehicle in hand. I can't blame the the dealer but with the company and ongoing some world wide chip issues. Shame a slightly bitter taste over £50
I instigated the initial contact through the internet and ultimate purchase. Tried to encourage a little extra DEALER support on a purchase of over £10,000, got it down to £50 needed but the DEALER held fast and I have to sacrifice something to achieve the purchase. Shame really the Sales person Jack was pleasant albeit an hour late on the arranged call back.
