    My car was not due for service up until September,but on my dashboard the message was saying it's due so I called and my car was booked for service very quickly. Everything was done on time,on the day. Staff is professional, helpful, very relaxed atmosphere. There is a waiting area where you can make yourself a drink and sit down while you wait for your car to be done. Thank you R&D

    My recent experience was excellent. It started off with a difficult situation which was resolved for my in a very satisfactory way. Sales staff and service staff were kind, responsive, sensitive to the situation and went out of their way to be helpful and informative.

    Pothole problem

    After hitting one off the many potholes in today’s roads , I suffered an instant blowout. For months after the low inflation icon appeared on the dash screen every time I went up to 70 on the motor ways. After having my yearly service I mentioned the fault to the service manager,who said in their opinion I needed a new tyre to match the other 3 , unfortunately the people who replaced the blown tyre , also removed my wheel lock socket,no problem Robins and Days not only found one to fit but fitted the tyre as well FOC. The problem has gone, a big thanks to the service manager and team

    Incredible service from Robert

    Robert who deals with motability orders couldn't have been better. Rang when he said he'd ring and answered emails really promptly. Kept me updated really well over the last 11 months and I don't think I could have got better service anywhere else. Really pleased I chose to go to this particular dealership.

    My experience has been very positive. The Nottingham branch staff were brilliant especially Jake Chamberlain who dealt with me personally before, during and after the sale. He kept me informed on the progress of the delivery of my vehicle so I have no complaints. Great service.

    Having been a client of Robins & Day, at your location at Smallheath Highway, for nearly 30 years, and having retained my current vehicle ( Zhara Picasso) for the last 19 years, I feel that I'm in a favourable position to pass. comment on the many occasions I have experienced the annual need of a Service booking. This most recent visit was, as expected, a very enjoyable experience. Arrival at 8am, Staff efficient, pleasant and helpful.I always spend several hours residing in your waiting area within the showroom (keeping myself occupied !!). Altogether a creditable occasion
