Quality customer service is everything
After the long wait of the arrival of my new 3008 I received a phone call from walid and all I am say the customer service I received from the moment was outstanding.
He wasn't just friendly and polite but also knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me as a customer. Attention to detail is everything and that's exactly what I got from Walid. He took the time to show me all of the additional new features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable in the car prior to leaving.
Disappointed I can't buy a new car just to have that experience again! Lol. I would and will recommend friends and family visit this showroom to purchase a car based on the level of customer care I received. Credit to be given when due...thank you Walid, it was a pleasure.

An amazing experience in buying my 2020, 3008 GT Line premium from the Chelmsford branch. I was given fantastic customer service by all the staff. A special mention for Leona Jolly (by name and nature!) who was an absolute darling and could not have been more caring and patient and made the whole experience very easy.
I have had the car since 1st July and it has exceeded my expectation.
