Picked up on time, serviced and mot then returned on time, very good.
Great customer focus
I couldn’t fault them. They went the extra mile. Parts were unexpectedly needed - and hard to obtain with supply chain issues. But they worked hard to get them as quickly as they could. And collected and returned my vehicle twice.

We contacted Robins and Day Preston via an online service and they we clear and helpful from the start. We organised a test drive at a time that was convenient for us and every member of staff we met was helpful and courteous. Gary who we dealt with was helpful and in no way pushy, we weren't really sold the car, which is a good thing! There was never any pressure. He answered every question we had easily, he really knows the product and that shows. Really painful process and stress free. Looking forward to picking up our new car now.

Had a challenging day trying to sort out my finance for the car I was looking to buy from the Romford site. Mar Lamprell was excellent in assisting in us getting the deal done and ultimately driving the vehcile away on the day.
