Service and MOT
My car was due it’s annual service and MOT. Mr Chris Ledesma booked the car in and said I would be informed when its ready. Which he did. I found him to be very courteous and helpful.

This will be my fourth car purchased from Robins and Day Central (Tyburn Road ) and my third with their salesman Stephen Leese and he's always been very helpful, efficient and accommodating with any queries and made it ahead process

I visited Robins & Day, and even without a booking Mike was extremely helpful, even though he had another customer coming in shortly after us, he helped me pick out the car I wanted (not pushy at all) he helped me sort out the contract, gave me information on everything I needed to know. I’d highly recommend Mike. He went above and beyond today and I can’t thank him enough. I really appreciate your help today.
Annual service
Excellent all round. Car was collected at 8am as promised. Informed during the day about extra work required. Car returned at 5:30pm as promised - serviced, MOTd, washed and hoovered.
Helpful staff
Unfortunately my car was recalled. Parts took a little while to be delivered. Shannon was a great help which made the whole process much easier.

Sharon communicated with me throughout. She should be congratulated on her customer service. I had lost faith in Citroen/Peugeot after bad service previously, luckily Sharon has put this right.
I was given the time I need to make a decision, after finding out what I needed from a vehicle, there were no heavy pressure sales.
