I recently purchased a used Citroen from Robins & Day while also part-exchanging my existing car. The sales process was very easy with no pressure whatsoever. We had time to test-drive our preferred car and compare it to some of the other models in stock. When it came to negotiation there was no funny business and we quickly arrived at a mutually agreeable deal. It took about a week to arrange collection but this part of the process was also painless with all of the paperwork being processed efficiently. Of course we've only had the car a few days but so far so good.

The whole process of my vehicle's recent service was very efficient in terms of work completed as required, punctuality, provision of a courtesy car and administration. My only suggestion for improvement would be a few moments spent ensuring that the courtesy car was fully explained in terms of its essentials (in this case an electronic handbrake) and that it is driven to a forecourt area where an easy exit can be accessed. Operating an unfamiliar vehicle in a tight parking space could result in an unnecessary accident.

Superb experience today at Robins and…
Superb experience today at Robins and Day, ordering my new motability car. The motability advisor was very knowledgeable and organised, both about the scheme, adaptations and the car we were ordering. She listened to our needs carefully and, though we are seasoned Motability service users, explained everything we needed to know. She updated us on recent changes in the scheme, and ensured that we were happy with everything being organised. I think it was the easiest, and most informative, ordering process we have ever experienced. I would definitely recommend to anybody considering motability, or those wanting to reorder a car from the scheme. Definitely a professional and well organised outfit at Robins and Day.
