I had been looking for a replacement car for a few weeks. I was totally confused over the choices, prices, locations, details etc.
Until I phoned Adam James at their Reditch site.
He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and he gave me confidence I could trust him.
He found a vehicle to suit and sent me two videos detailing my choice. I had, at last found the car I could choose. It was a painless and very rewarding experience, dealing with Adam James.
Adam answered all my questions and he even answered some questions i had not posed. He arranged all the payment and tax details. Sent me copies of the paperwork and we arranged delivery.
He delivered the car himself and conducted the hand over. Although through our prior conversations and the videos he had sent I felt I knew the car details already.
Superb service. Can not fault it.
I highly recommend Robins & Day and in particular Adam James in Reditch.
A big thank you also go to R&D in Coventry who were actively looking for a car to match my requirements as well.
The car is of excellent quality and having driven 500 miles since delivery I can report No Problems.

My new Citroen C3. After waiting approximately 4 months to get my new car I got it on Thursday. Extremely pleased with the car and also with Luke who dealt with all aspects of the sale. He kept me informed with approximate delivery dates and with the handover he sat in the car and made sure that I was confident with everything. I would certainly use Robins and Day again
