Excellent Customer Service
I have recently ordered a Peugeot e208 from Robins & Day, Liverpool. It was a pleasure to deal with Simon Pardoe, who from the outset was professional, curtious and informative. Simon worked with me to obtain the best price for my part exchange. He was supported by Jayne and together they provided me with an outstanding deal. I was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, which re-affirmed my positive thoughts of it. I would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership and their staff

Jonathan the sales person was excellent…
Jonathan the sales person was excellent he put my wife at her ease and they went for a test drive. He was really accommodation and we also has a good laugh throughout the process. The used car had been a trade-in and had already been put through over 100 checks. There were some marks at different places on the car but Jonathan sorted that all-out for us. All his colleagues were really nice to deal with in his absence (none of that its not my sale so I can't help you). all in all a great experience.

PCP trade in of old car for a new one
Went in today to have a chat about trading in my car for a new one before my pcp ran out next year. I was met by a real gent who kept everything simple so that I could understand. He went through everything with me and was honest and upfront as to what could be done. He asked me what I wanyed to spend each month, which to start with couldn't be met, however, after some give and take on both sides a deal was struck which suited us both, and I'm now waiting for delivery of my new car.
