Buying a used Peugeot 107
The whole process was great from my initial enquiry to the purchase of the vehicle. The call centre in the Midlands contacted me several times to check everything was as it should be and this pattern was maintained by the sales adviser, Florentina. Her level of communication was first class: calling me to explain that the car was in the workshop which saved me a long wait before the test drive and then answering my questions honestly. Equally if she did not know the answer she said so and went off to find out. This was such a contrast to the usual used car sales people who make up a load of rubbish just to keep the customer happy…..!!
Brakes check following June 21 service
I have been with Robins and Day for many years. This was a simple while you wait brakes check following a service last year. At the same time a complimentary health check was carried out, a small issue was identified which was advised to me via text. I could authorise the work or decline it at that point. I authorised it and the car was washed and cleaned inside before being returned to me. I have never had any issues with Robins and Day and expect to purchase a new vehicle from them in due course.
