I got a callback very quickly from expressing interest via car gurus and booked an appointment to view the car. The salesman from the dealership (Sam, nice guy) called to say someone else was also coming so I chose to arrange an earlier test drive. Car was great, so I bought it!

I am a loyal customer of Robins & Day now. Its my fourth vehicle from them and each time they never fail to amaze me with their amazing service from the ordering to collection of my car. Russal Stone my Sales advisor who have sold me at least four of my vehicles always provides an excellent customer service he is polite and very knowledgeable on product benefits and features. I am so pleased with the colour of my car which Russal suggested as I was going for my usual colour shade. I will always recommend any friends or family to Robins & Day to get their next car.

Customer Service at its Finest!
To be honest, Robins & Day wasn't my first choice of car dealership when ordering my first motability car, I did call other dealers requesting information about the scheme but they were very vague and seemed unhelpful. Then I called Robins & Day, Erdington Branch, and spoke to Joseph Adu, this guy was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, just had all the customer service skills that you don't see most often nowadays, I will also point out that he is very efficient when it comes to admin.
As a result, I've placed my order with this dealership and I look forward to many years of dealings with yourselves.
