Fantastic service
Fantastic service. You learn more about a company when things do not go to plan compared to when they do! With no fault of the dealership, there was a slight error with my car. Harry and James went above and beyond to resolve and communicated everything perfectly. Great service and also loving the new car. I wouldn’t normal post online reviews but when someone has done an excellent job it’s important people know this. Too often people just post reviews to complain.

I received outstanding service from the showroom sales team recently that led to the nee purchase of my car.
Shiv in the sales team picked up my query straight away and connected. He listened to my needs and requirements in a new car and went out of his way to ensure what I wanted was delivered.
His communication was outstanding, always available to answer any questions I had and provided contact details to be reachable, even at times out of hours.
He really did go the extra mile and demonstrated great customer service throughout the sale. His personable and warm nature made the whole experience a positive one. A member of the team called Anthony was also a pleasure to communicate with, a real professional manner with great service skills.

Excellent, helpful service at Robins & Day
Visited Robins & Day, Redditch to have a look at a Citroen Berlingo, with no real attention of buying one on the day. However, it turned out it was just what I was looking for and I agreed a part exchange deal to buy, there and then. Much credit must go to salesman Will Hobday who was very helpful, arranging a test drive, answering all my queries and at no time putting me under any pressure. This was followed by a trouble free collection, with everything arranged as agreed.
