I had a great experience with robins & day liverpool for the second time in a few years now, after going from the 208 to 3008 thanks to Danny who I initially spoke with. And a special thanks to Mark for dealing with all the questions and paperwork to a great standard. I felt well looked after by their team and I’m thoroughly enjoying my new car!

Peter truly went above and beyond with my recent Citroen purchase. Under quite some time pressure, Peter managed to locate and secure the exact model that I wanted. Better still, it was at an amazingly low price. During the transaction, Peter kept me fully informed and consistently demonstrated good humour in quite a demanding situation.
On the day that I collected the car, there was a non-trivial problem with it, which was only discovered as I drove away. I returned to the dealer, and although he was surprised to see me again so soon, Peter dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. I was on my way again inside thirty minutes.
The entire purchasing experience at Robins & Day was a pleasure. This is down to the effort and hard work from Peter Ward. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's a real star!

Purchase of Peugeot 108 Allure Post Sale Customer Care
Having identified some issues with the paintwork that hadn't been picked up by the preparation team Gary at Robins and Day Nottingham has been working to resolve the issue including liaising with Robins and Day Croydon which is nearest R&D to where I live.
One suggestion for improvement would be for out of office messages and or messages to be passed on to a colleague to deal with if someone is away for more than a day or two.

I bought a second hand Peugeot 208 in March from these guys.
We were serviced by a lovely lady called Kate Darby and I can only say she took excellent care of us. From the beginning of talks by email she provided all the info that I needed straight away and booked me the drive test.
The car was everything I expected it to be based on her descriptions, all in perfect condition and ready to go, with Peugeot manufacturer guarantee and full service history included.
Furthermore, in less than a couple of hours she managed all the paperwork for me and drove off on that same day.

Well, what can i say?
I have noted many good reviews on this company and i am always a little sceptical, however, yesterday i visited the old swan, Liverpool Branch to view a second hand Corsa with a friend. on a test drive it went well, the sales chap " James Heeson" was first class, (thats saying something for a car salesman) was easy going from the start, quiet and answered any questions we had without fuss.
never pushed for extras of insurances, instead he went through all the workings of the car, did the paperwork without any fuss or indeed hard sell.
My car will be ready on Thursday and i am looking forward to returning.
if you want to look or buy a car this is the , no hassle, friendly place to come.
