I purchased a peugeot 208 GT line today. My first attempt and contact to Robins & Day in Bristol, was not that successfull as I wasn't particularly impressed by their costumers service, ending up not purchasing any vehicle. Found then another similar car in Robins & Day in Croydon, contacted them and with a totally different costumers service, concluded the purchase. I've just completed a 24hr test drive of the new Peugeot 508 GT 2.0 180bhp diesel automatic and all I can say in using 3 words is Amazing, Comfortable and solid. I drive a 308 at the moment and was thinking this would be far to big for me to drive and potentially own but after having the car 24hrs I'll eat my own words. Yes, this car is bigger than the 308 but it doesn't feel big to drive. Being the GT model it had all the technology gadgets and they really suit the car. I especially liked the active cruise control that will slow the car down if the traffic in front is slower and even stop you and then start driving again when the traffic moves. It's strange at first but you get used to it. The shape of the 508 does turn heads, especially in the pearlescent white colour. Overall it's definitely a car you can drive every day in comfort and is great on the fuel too. Everyone I showed the car to loved it, the looks, the technology and the comfort of the car. Robins and Day Glasgow, as always, provide an excellent customer experience from the minute you contact them and it doesn't stop there when you leave. They even washed my own 308 and gave it a 29 point check while I was test driving the 508, something I never even asked them to do. For me, this shows they care about me and my custom and for that I'll definitely return again to purchase my next Peugeot. I now have a decision on which one to go for now. Thanks Rebecca for the chance to drive the 508, it was really great fun and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.6 years agoPurchase of pre-loved through Morden
